ITEM: 103 - Murano Clown candy dish
MAKER: Unknown
DESCRIPTION: This cased glass candy dish has been made with great care and detail. The colours really make this piece stand out with vibrant red edging which stunningly merges to a yellow/gold in the middle. The dish is encased with bright white on the outside. As you can see from the pictures there are gold leaf inclusions swirling throughout the inner dish and within the clowns clear hands. The dish sits on a circular black glass base. It is a heavy piece weighing weighing 1.2kg before packing. None of my pictures do it justice! This is a super, well made clown for your collection.
CIRCA: 1960s/1970s?
CONDITION: Great condition. No chips or cracks etc. Please note on each hand two of fingers are pointed, and three are flat. I believe it's supposed to be this way.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx 5.5 inches wide, Approx 6 inches tall from bottom to top of hat.

DESCRIPTION: This is a great clown which really stands out from the crowd due to his fantastic colours! As you can see from his feet he makes a great talking piece. The colour of the cuffs, buttons and cymbals really finish him off! Silver leaf present at the back of the body. A super clown for your collection.

DESCRIPTION: A lovely clown holdng a striped ball in his right hand. He is full of lovely colour throughout his body, a green collar and bowtie and blue hat. Particular attention has been paid to his hands.

CONDITION: Perfect condition but I think an air bubble has blown on his hair as it's rough to touch however it does not detract in any way. As usual i have priced to reflect.

ITEM: 089 - Large Murano Clown candy dish/ashtray

DESCRIPTION: For your consideration is a lovely utility piece which can either be used as a candy dish or an ashtray. The inside of the dish is cleverly decorated with millefiori designs. A great piece to add to your collection.

CONDITION: Immaculate condition.

DESCRIPTION: These vases look great especially when they are displayed with others. This one stands 9 1/2 inches tall and dones a bright red hat with 2 white buttons. Green, yellow, blue and white to the neck/stem. Antique dealers generally sell these items for around £60.

CONDITION: Excellent condition throughout. Slight straw mark at bottom of stem mentioned for accuracy. Can be felt rather than seen.

DESCRIPTION: This is a fantastic Murano clown example full of vibrant colour. He is wearing a black top hat, bright red bow tie and collar, and blue cuffs and buttons. He is holding what I 'think' is a trumpet. He is a perfect addition to anyone's collection.

CONDITION: Excellent condition throughout although he does have some clear glass which looks like it has run down his leg during the manufacturing process. This is not damage and mentioned for accuracy.

DESCRIPTION: A beautifully coloured clown standing just over 9 1/2 inches tall. Nice bright colours throughout the body including bright orange buttons with matching cuffs. He is holding a large accordian.
CIRCA: 1960s/70s
CONDITION: Excellent condition, no chips. There are a couple of stress cracks on the accordian throughout the bend. Probably there since manufacture and doesn't detract in any way. There is also a little bubble inside his arm.

DESCRIPTION: In the design of a basket, this wonderful clown stands around 13 1/2 inches tall. He has fanastic colouring in shades of light blue, yellow, orange and red. He has white hands, black feet, four buttons and is wearing a deep purple bow tie. A tall clear orange hat finishes him off. These pieces are becoming rarer to find in good condition so this is a good one to add to your collection

DESCRIPTION: This lovely clown stands 8.5 inches tall. He's a lovely, heavy piece and is well made. He has perfectly detailed large white hands and he is holding a ball in his right one. Large blue bow tie and red collar. He is wearing a white sailor type hat and has 3 white buttons to match. Lovely colours in his body. I would say his feet have been handmade rather than in a mould. ITEM: 013 - Murano Clown

DESCRIPTION: This musical clown is playing his guitar and really enjoying it by the looks of things! He stands just over 8.5 inches tall and is wearing a deep blue bow tie and collar and a green hat. He still has his original sticker (under his foot). His head is slightly flat at the back of his head where he has been layed and there are some tiny marks visible which will be residue from the rod. It's not a fault, just done during manufacture.

CONDITION: Good condition. He does have small chip on one of his feet - You can't see it but can feel it. Price reflects overall quality.

DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous Murano Band Clown standing 10 inches tall. He has large yellow hair, a green hat, a huge yellow bow tie with matching collar and blue buttons and cuffs. Lovely colours to match throughout his body. The guitar is black with white stripes for the strings. You will see in the pictures that it looks like the guitar is damaged. It is just a thin area of glass - made this way.

ITEM: 057 - Rare Murano Clown Bell
MAKER: Unknown - but labelled by 'KB Creations (importers of Italian Glass)
DESCRIPTION: These bells have become quite rare over the past few years but I am selling to make more room for some big ones i've bought recently! He stands 6.5 inches tall, has a lovely face with huge eyebrows, yellow hair which I believe is all intact, a green hat and a small blue bow tie. The bell is made from satin/frosted glass with millefiori circular design. Unless you get a really good bargain you can expect to pay around £100+ for these especially if they are in good condition like this one. Original KB label. For those that have not seen these before, they are made in two sections. The head of the clown sits on the top. An excellent piece to add to your collection.

DESCRIPTION: A rare and rather lovely looking murano clown dish. Standing 9 1/2 inches tall this lovely clown is an 'extra large' dish or ashtray. His colours are lovely but the most interesting thing about this clown is its lean! The maker has created a fantastic angle which amazing still enables him to be displayed standing up or of course lying down flat. Certainly a different piece for your collection. The photo doesn't do it justice!
