GIULIANO TOSO (1942 - present)

Born in 1942 he comes from a family that has passed down the art of glassmaking since 1483.  He is probably most famous for his 'Lovers' sculpture but is also known to have created glass clowns.  I see a huge resemblence to the clowns produced in China.  Were these the originals that were imitated?  I think it's highly likely!
